Fire Signs – Aries, Leo & Sagittarius

Should Eat: Lot of green leafy vegetables, fruits, salads, cereals, seafood, nuts, legumes and body coolant drinks. They should take food that contains iron, vitamin B12, calcium and magnesium rich diet and avoid eating refined and sugary food.

Should Avoid Eating: Avoid eating sugar and spices as much as possible, avoid bitter things, and eat homemade food, don’t eat fatty or food that is very hot (in terms of spiciness – not temperature) eat less meat.

Earth Signs – Taurus Virgo & Capricorn

Should Eat: Herbs and herbal drinks, citrus fruits, green vegetables, cereals, and grains. They should include Vitamin A, B, C & Calcium.

Should Avoid Eating: Spices, too much milk, non-vegetarian diet and bitter foods.

Air Signs – Gemini Libra & Aquarius

Should Eat: Porridges with milk, soups, fish, beans, lentils rice, bread, tofu, green vegetables, cereals, butter, nuts, spices like cumin, asafoetida, Aloe-Vera that improves digestion and diet rich in vitamin B and manganese.

Water  signs – Cancer Scorpio & Pisces

Should Eat: Green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and high fibre content like- oats, wheat-germ, ragi etc. They should intake diet which is rich in potassium and B2. Water signs should also include spinach, tomatoes, sweet potato, all kinds of beans, yogurt, egg, mushroom, beans, broccoli, and soya Eat Spices like ginger, coriander mint leaves, curry leaves, flaxseed and drink plenty of water. To balance your metabolism it’s suggested to detoxify your body.

Should Avoid Eating: Don’t take anything that are cold, eat less of cucumber and raw tomatoes, eat less of cold or bitter foods, and food that causes gas.
